What it does
An internal chatbot answers staff questions from your own documents and systems — policies, product info, procedures — using retrieval so answers are grounded and can cite sources.
Handle the data right
It ingests company and sometimes personal data, so apply the PDPA, control access, and decide residency. For sensitive knowledge, a self-hosted or Singapore-region setup keeps data in your environment.
