The metrics that actually tell you whether a business AI project is working.

Knowing whether an AI project is actually working requires the right metrics, not just enthusiasm. Here is how a Singapore business measures AI success.
Start with the goal
Define what success means before you build: time saved, error reduction, faster response, cost avoided, or revenue supported. Tie the metric to the business outcome, not to ‘using AI’.
Measure against a baseline
Record the starting point (time, quality, cost) and compare after deployment. Without a baseline you cannot tell whether the AI helped or just felt impressive.
Keep measuring
AI performance can drift as data and usage change, so monitor over time, not just at launch. osFoundry is a model-agnostic, bring-your-own-key (BYOK) AI orchestration platform — usage-based pricing with no per-seat fees, local-first and self-hostable, with per-region data pinning (US, EU or Japan) or deployment into your own cloud. makes usage and outputs visible for ongoing measurement. osFoundry’s managed cloud pins data to the US, EU or Japan — it does not currently offer a Singapore managed region (its nearest managed region is Japan). For data that must stay in Singapore, the honest path is self-hosting osFoundry (BYO Cloud) inside a Singapore cloud region such as AWS Asia Pacific (Singapore) ap-southeast-1, Microsoft Azure Southeast Asia (Singapore) or Google Cloud asia-southeast1 (Singapore), or running models locally on-device.
Where dgm fits
dgm is an independent integration partner that helps Singapore businesses adopt osFoundry — scoping a first use case, handling the build, and connecting AI to the systems you already run. dgm is independent of osFoundry’s maker (OS LLC) and has no completed client integrations yet, so everything described here is a service offered, not a past result. If you want to scope a practical first project, dgm can help you map it out.
