Employer support: SFEC
The SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) historically gave eligible employers a credit (reported at S$10,000) to defray costs of transformation, job redesign and skills training — usable for AI upskilling. The current scheme is reported to run until 30 November 2026, with a redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026 issuing a fresh credit via a digital wallet. Individual support
Individual Singapore Citizens hold SkillsFuture Credit usable on approved courses, including AI and digital courses; mid-career top-ups exist under the broader SkillsFuture programme. Reported 2026 additions (an AI-readiness self-diagnostic, free premium AI-tool access for some courses) should be verified before relying on them.

Employers apply via SkillsFuture for Business on GoBusiness; individuals use MySkillsFuture.
